About Us
About us.
The main activity of the company "ULSI" Ltd. has always been the telecommunications industry since its establishment in 1996. Yesterday telephone exchanges, today - IP voice telephony systems, data networks and equipment, connections to various public telephone network (PSTN) operators, call and contact centers, telephone calls statistical processing of data, radio communications, all this is still a daily work and offer to customers.
Today, customers do not always need "cheaper". Communication doesn't have to be cheap, communication has to be secure. That is why we do not undertake to provide service availability 99.999% within one year, or "five nines". When we are asked to, we leave. However, with us, the client understands how strong his telecommunications equipment chain is and where the weakest links are. We help make this chain as strong as possible.
Yes... "five nines" means that the time of unavailability of the service can be no more than five and a half minutes in one year. We know what we can do and we know what the world can do.
Products and Services
Products and services.
Today, in the world of telecommunications, there are so many and so many different services offered that it is very difficult, but often impossible, for the user to choose the most suitable for his needs. Choosing a new mobile phone often takes several days, but we only choose the phone that suits you individually. Company telecommunications are intended for use by all employees of the company, they will be used simultaneously by many different users with different needs, different characters. The well-being of the company and its employees almost always depends on the company's telecommunications system. It is very important not to make a mistake in the choice of solutions from the very beginning, because the cost of the telecommunications system for the whole company is significant and the correction of errors can turn out to be very expensive.
We will recommend the right solutions for you. After a joint evaluation of your company's telecommunications needs, you will understand our offer, why the use of these services will be the most effective for your company. We don't sell products, we sell the solutions you need. Equipment, computers, telephones, or iron - all these are only aids so that you can use a good and safe service.
We know almost everything about today's telecommunications world. We understand what's going on out there and we'll figure out what's best for you.
The content of the offer usually includes various telecommunications equipment. We are not trying to convince anyone that the equipment we include in the solutions is the cheapest. "Cheap and good" tend not to be.
Maybe it's cheaper elsewhere. It's safer here.
You definitely have your own questions that you want answered. Ask! We can certainly answer the following questions:
Call data recording (CDR)...
...and their further processing (tariffing of calls costs, various types of statistics) allows you to keep track of not only your company's costs for telephone calls, but also to perform a wide variety of statistical analysis of calls data. All of this gives you the opportunity to understand how fully the voice telephony system works for your company. The number of incoming and outgoing calls, how many calls have been answered, how many have been unanswered, how long the customer has to wait for a connection, the average duration of conversations and other parameters make it possible to draw important conclusions about the flow of phone calls. Depending on the industry your company operates in, calls analytics can often significantly improve your company's communication with customers, especially if the number of calls is very high. Virtually all call center systems today have such capabilities built into them. However, such opportunities are important not only in call centers, more and more often companies in various industries want to see such reports.
Data transmission networks and equipment
There can be no quality voice transmission without an adequate data transmission network. When talking about voice transmission, we will certainly also talk about data transmission, networks, equipment. We will evaluate the existing one, we will recommend the necessary things if they are needed. No data, no voice. Then there is nothing.
Connections to the Internet network and PSTN operators
You probably have the most modest connection to the Internet. You may have a very powerful direct connection to a large data center. Is it enough for quality voice transmission? Unfortunately, these connections to external networks are often the weakest link in the entire telecommunications chain. We're definitely not going to dig a new fiber optic cable to the data center, no. We will only help you understand how secure your existing telecommunications chain is.
Radio communications
Today's choice of means of communication is so great that one might begin to think that there is no use for radio communication. In fact, there are still many geos, and more than we count on when there are no cellphones, no facebooks, no vibers, no wacaps in the air. Nothing. Walk here through a larger forest or swamp, drive into the sea when you can't see the shore... and everything normal ends. There are many situations where the use of walkie-talkies is an objective necessity and even more convenient than mobile phones. Radio communications are used at public events, construction sites, between moving cars, on water, etc. It should always be known that radio communication frequencies are limited resources and the issuing of permits for their use is under the control of VAS "Elektroniskie sakari".
Radio stations operating in the public 446 MHz frequency range (PMR-446) can be used without obtaining a usage permit from VAS "Elektroniskie sakari". Such radio stations are free to use in most European countries without restrictions. It is not allowed to modify them technically, i.e. increase the power of the transmitter above 0.5 W, modify the existing one or add an external antenna, change the frequencies of the transmitter.
The most frequently asked question about radio communications is their range. This question cannot be answered unequivocally, as it depends on many conditions, but mainly on natural (relief, forest massifs) and artificial (buildings, various large metal constructions) obstacles in the area. Practically, the operating distance of PMR-446 radio stations varies from a few hundred meters in urban conditions to a few kilometers in open terrain. If radio stations are located in moving cars, then the recommended safe radio communication distance between cars is no more than 500-1000 m.
We don't look for adventure where it shouldn't be. If radio communications, then ICOM. "ICOM Inc." is a company that began to develop and manufacture a wide variety of radio communication equipment in 1954. ICOM is still one of the most powerful names in the world of radio communications and their products have always lived up to the image of Japanese quality and precision.

Project management and consulting
The requirements for telecommunications, which are set by customers, often exceed the possibilities offered by one, even the leading companies in the telecommunications industry. In such cases, the set of customer requirements for the services of the telecommunications industry should be considered as a project, and in order to achieve the necessary goal, i.e. for the customer to receive the necessary services, several companies are engaged, allocating to each of them the provision of services where each company has the most experience and knowledge. In order to successfully manage such a project, it is necessary to know the companies of the telecommunications industry and the services they provide. It is necessary to put them together so that when each one works separately, in fact they all work together - both for their own benefit and that of the client.
Our knowledge and experience in project management allows us to take the right steps in the right order so that the client receives the most suitable service package at the end. It's not always easy. If we understand that what the customer wants is unattainable, we respond accordingly, we can't do it today. There are two ways: change the task or wait for tomorrow, when there will be other conditions, other opportunities, already other technologies. But in any case, the client can be sure - everything that can be done for him today has been done.
